September 10th Dinner at Casey's |

The Wednesday night trip was just a ride and back to Casey's for dinner as West Hawk was closed for the season. We had 7 vehicles, Roger and Sharon, Brian and Sue, Jack, Al and Vivian, Chris, Bill Richards and Bill and Donna. No camera so no pictures this night. |

September 17th Cruise to Redditt |

Well, the last Wednesday night run to Redditt was a far better success than the last two weeks. We had a good turnout of 14 people (10 cars) for hamburgers and fixings.
Dingwall Ford had donated another hat & tote bag that were 1st prize and the All Rig Towing had given us a T-shirt and touque for the second prize.
This is the last regular Wednesday night adventure and I would like to get everyone together on Sunday, Sept. 28 or Oct. 5th (rain date) at 4 pm at Anicinabe Park for our year end picnic. I'd like to thank those that supported our rides and a bigger thanx to Al, Mark & Rick for taking over on the many nights that I was busy. |

Well, the weatherman didn't scare everyone off. Things started off slow with a few of the faithful coming in their classics, but others showed up in HONDAS and other things! :-)
Nonetheless, 27 people brought and shared in the BBQ & camaraderie of the day. Yes we got wet. Yes it was cold. Yes we had fun. I'm sure most of us haven't tucked our pride & joys away yet. We are still hoping the fall days will yield a cruise and some nice photos. A big thanks to all who brought food & drink and helped make this last get together a success. Meetings start in November and maybe we can watch a movie after the monthly meeting if the members want that? Thanx for making the year worth while. Johnny K |
